Who Uses This Site?

This web site contains an application that helps non-public schools in Ohio meet the requirement for the Administrative Cost Reimbursement Program.  School personnel can login after entering into a contractual agreement with Mandated Services, LLC. The application portion of this web site is not used by random or uninvited visitors. Each person must be granted access in order to participate.

Why Do Schools Use This Site?

Non-public schools in Ohio are entitled to receive reimbursement funds for meeting certain mandated requirements. School personnel must maintain log sheets to reflect the time spent on such activities. When a school year has ended, each log sheet is tallied and a claim amount is determined based upon the individual's compensation (salary, wage, etc).  A final claim report is created and the school principal must submit the report to the State of Ohio. This web application significantly improves the process of logging time and computing claim amounts.  It provides a means for each person to complete his/her log sheets with minimal mistakes.  It will instantly create the final claim report for the State of Ohio. It provides additional reports for periodic State reviews.
