Mandated Services was founded in 2005 by John Kastelic, an ACR consultant for the Office of Catholic Education, Diocese of Cleveland.

Mr. Kastelic gained the insight necessary to make "going online" a reality by working closely with numerous schools throughout Northeast Ohio.  His determination to simplify the claiming process, while simultaneously improving the integrity of claims, has been the ongoing focus of his mission.

Mr. Kastelic formerly worked as an elementary school teacher for Catholic schools.  He completed his masters degree of Educational Administration from the University of Akron in 2007.
